Competent and efficient staff in all circumstances!!

Pleasant hotel in a good position close to the city centre. Location very close to central Ålesund. Nearby Molla - great place to chill out. Incredible meal at à la carte restaurant. Pleasant stay, as always.

Perfect hotel, exceptional rooms, above average breakfast, nice staff. The breakfasts except for thin coffee. Peaceful area, central location adjacent to Ålesund city center as well as the Jugend or Art nouveau museum. For tea or coffee visit Pikekyss Bakeri nearby.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. I loved being able to easily walk to the shops and the nearby bus station. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, from a comfortable bed to a coffee maker for my morning pick-me-up. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Ann, Siri, and Ms. Christina. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

No discount for the extremely high parking fees, much too small room: pitched roof and wooden pillars in the middle of the room make it even more angled; wall to the bathroom is made of frosted glass and the light comes on via motion detector - so if you go to the toilet at night, the whole room is brightly lit for about 10 minutes

It has good location for visiting Aalesund Church. I would stay there again, nothing too much trouble.

The breakfast was definitely a highlight of my stay, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was also perfect, with everything in the city within walking distance and easy access to parking. the staff was always friendly and willing to help with any questions we had.

Our room was not as clean as we expected and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. This resulted in an uncomfortable stay and a less than ideal sleeping situation.

Due to a wedding, the night rest was not kept. But what is understandable at a wedding:)

Room had no outside window, but only a window on the corridor to the conference rooms. This corridor had again outside windows If you want privacy, you should leave the curtains closed.

The service was friendly with a fast check-in. The breakfast choices were above average and rich with cheese and sausages.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us plan our visit to the nearby Hjørundfjord, which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. The location is great, with easy access to attractions and a beautiful view. The rooms were comfortable and the WiFi worked well. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The room was very well furnished and had everything you need. The bathroom had great storage facilities. The restaurant can also be recommended. . The adjoining rooms have a charm of their own. Great are the set up games, for example the shuffleboard

Everything was fine

The breakfast had a very high-quality selection of mostly organic food. We had a small, self-caused problem during our trip, which was immediately solved and fixed very professionally by the very friendly service of the hotel.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

Great Breakfast and Helpful Staff!

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast that was definitely a highlight of our Easter stay. the friendly staff was always willing to offer a helping hand and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the water and the surrounding area.

During our stay, we experienced quite a bit of noise from the surrounding boats, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the hotel could use some updates and maintenance to improve its appearance.
